What we collect

• Your email address, used for account login and renewal reminder emails.
• The subscription entries you manually add — service name, price, and renewal date. Nothing is pulled automatically from your bank or card.
• Basic account preferences, such as your reminder settings.

What we do not collect

• No bank account or card numbers.
• No transaction history from any financial institution.
• No analytics or ad-tracking scripts.
• No data sold or shared with advertisers, ever.

Who handles the data

• Supabasestores your account and subscription data. Access is restricted per-user at the database level, so no one account can read another's entries.
• Resend sends the renewal reminder emails on our behalf. It only receives what is needed to send that specific email — your address and the reminder content.
• Ko-fihandles support payments if you choose to contribute. Kiroka never sees or stores your payment details — that happens entirely on Ko-fi's side.

Cookies

Kiroka uses a single essential cookie to keep you logged in between visits. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your control over your data

• Delete individual subscription entries at any time from your dashboard.
• Turn reminder emails on or off from Settings → Account.
• Request full account deletion by emailing us — see below.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above will reflect it. Kiroka is a small, actively developed project, so check back occasionally.
