The service

Kiroka is a free subscription tracker. You manually add the subscriptions you want to track, and Kiroka helps you keep an eye on renewal dates. There is no bank-linking and no automatic charge detection.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — Kiroka has no way to verify subscription prices or renewal dates against your actual accounts.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Kiroka.

No guarantees

Kiroka is provided as-is, with no uptime or accuracy guarantee. Renewal reminder emails are a best-effort feature, not a substitute for checking your own bank or card statements. Kiroka is not liable for any subscription charge, missed renewal, or financial decision made based on information in the app.

Acceptable use

Kiroka is meant for tracking your own subscriptions. Do not use it to store data unrelated to that purpose, attempt to disrupt the service, or access other users' accounts or data.

Support payments

Kiroka is free forever — there is no paid tier and no feature locked behind payment. Support contributions made through Ko-fi are optional and non-refundable, and do not grant any additional access or features.

Termination

You may stop using Kiroka and delete your account at any time. Kiroka reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above will reflect it. Kiroka is a small, actively developed project, so check back occasionally.
